The butterflies rising micropoem ‘clarity… may this stillness stay and quiet the noise in my head so i can hear the voice in my heart’ is published in her book ‘wild spirit, soft heart’ in the ‘soul’ section of the book on page 351. The micropoem is inspired by her 2015 quote ‘please quiet the noise in my head so i can hear the voice in my heart’. Both pieces are written about turning off the noise of fear and anxiety, the noise of the outside world, the noise of judgment, just any noise that keeps you from hearing your intuition, and them moving your focus to your heart and being guided from there.
