The butterflies rising micropoem ‘the way a song makes you feel about them’ is in her poetry book ‘wild spirit, soft heart’ in the “relationships & heartbreak” section on page 225. It was the inspiration for her full prose poem ‘when a music lover loves‘. The poems were written about the way music has been such a powerful and magical part of her relationships when she has been in love, which has made music an excruciating and heartbreaking part of letting go and healing.
